About the Role

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in web applications to develop visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces while ensuring seamless functionality. This role requires a collaborative professional who can translate design concepts into interactive web experiences and contribute to high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a dedicated Agile team to deliver integrated, customer-facing web services for credit originations.

• Contribute to engineering solutions, design patterns, and troubleshooting efforts.

• Collaborate with designers to transform mockups and wireframes into responsive, interactive web applications.

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and optimizations to ensure performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Assist in defining and implementing front-end and back-end technical strategies.

• Write high-quality, maintainable code that aligns with team standards.

• Maintain engineering and operational excellence in all deliverables.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong focus on customer experience, application security, and code optimization.

• Ability to adhere to and contribute to development standards for maintainable solutions.

• Proficiency in React, Drupal/PHP, C#, and JavaScript, with a strong portfolio of past projects.

• Experience with Azure cloud development is highly desired, including familiarity with Azure DevOps tools (Repos, Pipelines, etc.).

• Understanding of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) is highly desired.

• Knowledge of full-stack architectures and cloud-focused front-end implementations.

• Experience with CMS and web services integrations, with Drupal and Akamai preferred.
