About the Company
Talent Groups is hiring for an entry to mid level Specialists who is open to a hybrid schedule. We can hire in Boston, Hartford or Dallas. We have offices in these major cities and are looking for someone to be onsite hybrid in our local office.
About the Role
Talent Care Specialists are involved in onboarding our talented Consultants for new projects and engagements. These Specialists are intelligent, driven, polished, and organized. They possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are curious, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and offboarding of consultant staff, including onboarding documents, initiating background screening, coordination of Form I-9 signing, etc.
- Reporting and Metrics including weekly and monthly reports for meetings
- Manage mail, deliveries and office supply orders
- Assist with handling requests for information and data, retrieves documents from cloud-based filing system
- Collect and develop client packages into onboarding portal
- Other general administrative duties as assigned
- Assist our dynamic team with building a determined and positive office culture
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player, friendly and helpful
- Flexible and able to prioritize a changing “to do” list
- Spirited individual who takes ownership of their tasks
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Articulate and a good communicator
- Proficient in Word, Excel and MS Office. Bullhorn/BTE a plus.
- An Interest in Learning the staffing industry and or the back office operations
