About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Technical Business Analyst to join our team and support a critical Messenger Service initiative. This role is similar to a Product Owner but focused more on facilitating cross-team collaboration, prioritizing deliverables, and providing structure to technical projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with managers across teams to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and align project priorities.
Support the development and delivery of enhancements to a Messenger Service platform.
Help drive technical priorities and organize structured workflows for the engineering team.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project goals align with business needs.
Facilitate the resolution of blockers and ensure smooth communication between different groups.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
Strong understanding of enterprise messaging systems (Message Bus, Broker, MSMQ, etc.).
Experience working on middleware services or messaging services is a big plus.
Ability to translate technical information into business concepts and vice versa.
Proven ability to drive structure and process in dynamic environments.
Strong communication skills and experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
