Web Content Specialist

Essential Job Duties

• Assist the team in gathering requirements to design and develop graphics for various communication efforts (digital, print, and multimedia applications).
• Conceptualize and create visuals based on requirements while adhering to branding standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather insights for enhancing user experience and interaction through graphics.
• Design graphics to support websites, social media channels, presentations, and other digital platforms.
• Present designs and concepts to team members and management for feedback.
• Refine graphics and visuals based on constructive feedback to enhance final products.
• Optimize graphic sizes and dimensions for multiple platforms, including mobile and social media.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and process flows to illustrate the design process.
• Collaborate with project teams to design training visuals for new applications.
• Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met in all design projects.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in the web development field.
• Experience managing digital content
• Administrative experience with SharePoint O365
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Strong organization skills with emphasis on being conscientious and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with standards and best practices in Web development, information architecture, typography and user experience design.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills desired.
• Proficient in creating and edit images using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating low fidelity wireframes desired.
• Experience with tagging content with metadata preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required.
