Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain the Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106 6-color sheetfed press for high-quality print production.
- Perform press make-readies, adjustments, and color corrections to meet customer specifications.
- Ensure proper registration, ink density, and color consistency throughout the production run.
- Conduct quality checks, identifying and resolving any press-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company and safety standards.
- Collaborate with prepress and finishing departments to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on the press to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
