JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order processing coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring the accurate and timely handling of equipment orders.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Communicate with customers and partners to provide information and resolve any inquiries or issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.
• Disseminating inbound equipment sales leads.
• Preparation of select equipment quotations.
• Accurate and timely processing of equipment orders
• Equipment invoicing
• Checking the accuracy of price quotes, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
• Scheduling local deliveries
• Ordering inbound and outbound freight
• Answering phone calls from current and prospective customers and partners
• Supporting role in equipment demonstrations
• Documenting departmental business processes
• Oversight of local delivery team
• Updating departmental Scorecard
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years of work experience in office environment
• Industry experience- Preferred
• QuickBooks experience- Preferred
• AutoQuotes experience- Preferred
• Interested in a long-term career
• Living close enough to Landover, Maryland (near 295 and 50) to allow daily commute to the office.
• Detail oriented
• Good analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Good verbal and written skills and ability to interact at all levels of the Company.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range is between $65K to $75K yearly according to experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• 100% on-site position (Address: Landover, Maryland)
• Work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.- Monday to Friday
