Essential Functions
- Uphold Client's Policies and Procedures, Core Values, and competencies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Perform comprehensive assessments focusing on various aspects such as physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, and cognitive status.
- Document patient information and responses, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with Client guidelines.
- Establish patient care priorities and coordinate resources effectively.
- Identify and address patient/family learning needs, respecting their rights and cultural beliefs.
- Provide and coordinate care for patients, establishing effective relationships with the healthcare team.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Implement essential patient care functions, including wound dressing, catheter management, and suture removal.
- Manage clinic medication inventories and replenish supplies as needed, maintaining inventory logs.
- Prepare and administer medications according to Client policies and physician orders.
- Lead efficiently in emergency situations, following protocols and documenting events.
- Oversee the autoclave process and ensure compliance with infection control requirements.
- Coordinate immunization routines and manage emergency vaccine plans.
- Participate in staff development and quality improvement activities regularly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in legal issues, patient confidentiality, and risk management.
- Engage in nursing research activities and provide data for staffing decisions.
- Utilize computers and telecommunication tools effectively for documentation and communication.
- Perform other related duties as necessary.
Customer Service/Patient-Centered Care
- Practice customer service standards as defined by Client and specified clinic.
- Anticipate and proactively address customer needs, ensuring issues are resolved.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and facilitate resource utilization.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and functional work environment.

Basic Qualifications
- Preferred: Six (6) months of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED and a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Pay: $47.00 - $60.00 per hour
