To be successful in this role, candidates must be very efficient managing multiple projects, be very responsive for sudden support demands, and very delicate with customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full technical support for PI Sales Engineers on their qualified design projects
- Review full customers designs and assist with all technical issues
- Debugging and solving all customers technical problems with basic functionality, thermals, EMI, and efficiency
- Build, test, and document new prototypes for customers utilizing PIs product
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks to keep up with customers support
