About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Production Designer to drive innovative and user-centered design solutions in a B2C enterprise environment. This role will collaborate with site merchants, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop seasonal designs and align design strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will craft engaging digital experiences that enhance usability, drive engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
- Required Skills: 3 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI design, or visual design within a B2C or eCommerce environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and end-to-end design processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-enabled design solutions.
- Template-Based Design Work: Experience working with pre-made wireframe templates and assembling creative assets within established frameworks.
- Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and data-driven design decision-making.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Quantum, or Adobe Analytics) to inform design improvements.
