About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Program Manager to lead the implementation of a WMS system across multiple large-scale distribution centers. This role is critical to the company’s supply chain modernization efforts and requires expertise in cloud-based WMS, IT project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will manage vendor contracts, coordinate across IT, supply chain, and logistics teams, and present project updates to C-suite executives. This is a high-visibility role that demands strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Required Skills

• Cloud-Based WMS Implementation – Experience implementing Manhattan Active WMS or similar cloud-based systems.
• Experience integrating warehouse conveyor systems with WMS.
• IT Project & Program Management – Proven ability to lead enterprise IT initiatives, oversee multiple workstreams, and challenge developer timelines in Jira.
• Executive Communication & Reporting – Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-impact updates to C-suite executives under tight deadlines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Experience working across IT, middleware, logistics, and supply chain teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving complex system integrations.

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on technical background in IT, software integration, or system architecture.
• Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation experience.
• Expertise in scaling IT and logistics operations from three to five distribution centers.
