Compensation: $125-$150k base salary
About the Role:
This role is for a Customer Insights Manager responsible for leading a team of professionals focused on customer insights and analytics. You will guide a team to deliver actionable insights to various internal departments, including marketing, operations, and executives. You will also manage vendor relationships, a $2M budget, and shape the direction and growth of the customer insights department.
Required Skills: (8 years)
- Extensive experience in customer insights, including building and managing research tools (e.g., brand health, VOC, DIY research).
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of customer insights professionals.
- Ability to tell a cohesive story and make recommendations based on data from various sources (research, analytics, measurement).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and data analysis tools.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and large budgets (over $2M).
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
