About the Role:
Our client is a global manufacturer of wireless networking and IoT solutions. They are a trusted partner to major telecom and cable operators, delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Their team is collaborative, innovative, and committed to driving success for our clients. This is a hybrid role.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in the Internet Service Provider or telecommunications domain
Strong technical background with wireless routers, access points, and gateways
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and triage processes
Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, OpenWRT, OpenSync, and RDK
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Willingness to adapt to flexible work schedules, including some evening calls
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with performance testing tools like Veriwave and Octobox
Experience working with IoT - Matter and Thread
Exposure to software development and code-level troubleshooting
