What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Talent Ocean?
- Leads or coordinates project Design, planning, resourcing, Scope of Work preparation, progress reporting, technical activities, scope alternative analysis, and troubleshooting for engineering of major capital projects
- Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
- Plans, schedules, and budgets resources for projects
- Reviews and evaluates technical project documents to identify gaps, errors, or areas for improvement
- Leads resolution of technical conflicts; exercises judgment and discretion to advise and recommend courses of action
- Responsible for QA of design and engineering outputs for internal and external resources
- Knowledge of Project Management principles
- Proactive approach to project management
- Basic knowledge of project scheduling
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and reprioritize on a day-to-day basis depending on new or existing challenges that may arise
- Strong interpersonal skills
