Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in acute or ambulatory care.
- BSN, Masters in nursing or other health related field
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts required
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, NCQA/PCMH, DPH).
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage diverse nursing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience analyzing clinical data and implementing quality improvement strategies.
Your Day:
- Oversee and support nursing, medical assistant staff across multiple clinical sites to ensure high-quality patient care.
- In your role as AVP, you will actively engage with the practices and take a direct approach in assisting the Nurse Managers, providing leadership support whenever necessary.
- Develop, implement, and refine RN and MA policies, workflows, and clinical guidelines.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with Joint Commission, NCQA, and DPH standards.
- Mentor and develop Nurse Managers to maximize leadership potential.
- Serve as a key liaison between nursing teams, site operations, medical providers, and hospital partners.
- Coordinate staff training, professional development programs, and clinical competencies.
- Review clinical incidents and implement strategies for process improvement.
