This is a remote position.
As a Healthcare Customer Service Expert, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking home healthcare services. You will handle approximately 60-65 incoming calls daily, addressing both basic and complex customer requests. Responsibilities include collecting clinical and demographic information and entering it into the portal while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. You will work in a remote, high-volume call center environment, with a focus on meeting individuals performance goals, ensuring call quality, and adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from providers, referral sources, and patients.
- Collect and accurately enter clinical and demographic information into the portal.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with difficult or complex inquiries.
- Meet individual performance goals related to call quality, attendance, and adherence.
- Comply with all company policies, including HIPAA / PHI guidelines.

Required Qualifications : 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. 3 years of clinical experience in an acute or post-acute setting. Active, unrestricted RN licensures in your state of residence. Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in Managed Care. Associate’s Degree (required); BSN (preferred).
