- Develop new business within the produce and perishable freight sector
- Manage and grow a book of business focused on temperature-controlled domestic freight
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of shipments
- Provide consultative solutions based on each customers supply chain needs
- Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, and competitive activity
- Hit or exceed revenue goals and margin targets
- Proven experience in freight sales, ideally with a focus on produce or refrigerated freight
- Strong industry relationships or an existing book of business is a plus
- Self-motivated, confident, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
