Senior Stock Plan Administrator
We are seeking a Sr. Stock Plan Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of domestic and international equity plans . This role ensures accurate and timely processing of stock plan activities and involves direct interaction with executives and Board members .
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer global equity incentive and ESPP plans
- Collaborate with accounting, tax, payroll, and legal teams
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international reporting requirements
- Manage Insider Trading Policy, trading windows, and 10b5-1 programs
- Process RSU / PSU grants and releases
- Handle SEC filings (Forms 3, 4, 5) and DWAC reports
- Liaise with brokerage firms and transfer agents
- Partner with Payroll on taxation and reconciliations
- Support Finance with stock-based compensation accounting and audits
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide training
