What are the responsibilities and job description for the EQA Consultant position at Talent Shift?
We are looking for an Internal Auditor for our client on a project basis. This contract role is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Support in performing an External Quality Assessment (EQA) for a large global financial services company
- Conduct thorough reviews of audit files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Evaluate and challenge the scope, issues, and reporting of audits to ensure robustness and adherence to best practices
- Assess compliance with the IA methodology and the 2024 IIA Standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 5 years of relevant banking or financial services experience
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
