Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in program delivery and effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality control measures.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track program progress.
- Conduct research and literature reviews to identify best practices and innovative approaches.
- Support the development of program recommendations based on data analysis and evaluation findings.
- Collaborate with program staff, community partners, and other stakeholders to gather data and information.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through written reports, presentations, and verbal discussions.
- Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on data collection and analysis.
- Work with community members to understand their needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an analytical or research capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting.
- Familiarity with data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, SQL).
- Experience with program evaluation methodologies.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
