- An excellent opportunity to join the AMRS FI OTC & FX Operations Service Team based in Charlotte. The roles primary focus is to develop relationships with our highest tiered Institutional and Corporate clients. With a focus on developing market leading client service, balanced with an optimal, highly automated, post trade experience across settlement and Post settlement processes.
- Deliver market leading client service to our high priority clients, whilst supporting our internal business partners.
- Deliver right first time settlement across Derivative and FX products. Minimizing the impact of settlement breaks through swift resolution and mitigating actions.
- Reporting on and clearing cash breaks.
- Analyzing and resolving a wide variety of derivatives operations challenges.
- Point of contact for key internal stakeholders including Sales, Trade Support & Client Service teams (OCRM).
- Adding value though implementation of improvements to client experience, system infrastructure and control environment by playing a key role in delivery of the Platinum Strategy.
- Professionally mature associate, who demonstrates intellectual curiosity and ownership; constantly strive for operational excellence, and is a positive culture carrier.
- experience working in a financial institution in an Operations environment supporting FX or other institutionally traded financial products.
- An effective and clear communicator across various levels within the organization with an ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload through fluctuating volume periods; ability to multi task whilst managing competing priorities and deliveries.
- Self-motivated individual who demonstrates and encourages collaboration within and beyond his/her team.
- Excellent attention to detail and minimal history of errors. Holds self and others accountable for high performance standards.
