Position Summary : Responsible for helping the field action team leads manage the field action process (i.e. recalls / removals, safety alerts, customer notifications, field corrections)
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Following up with customers on field action communications
- Execute broad mailings for US-based actions
- Good-faith effort follow-up via email / phone call
- Issuing Returned Goods authorizations (RGAs) for field action product
- Support project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other select technologies.
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
