Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing branch as a whole.
- Create and implement business plans.
- Hold Recruiters at branch accountable to hitting KPI and production goals.
- Revise branch practices and guidelines when necessary.
- Adapt and help implement new initiatives.
- Maintain a productive, fun, and professional environment.
- Continually look for new clients, and fully understand the companies throughout your designated territory.
- Manage a specified sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
- Conduct face-to-face customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Work with assigned Account Manager to retain and manage client accounts.
- Utilize CRM effectively by recording all sales activity.
