Job Description
- Perform enamel paint spraying, including proper use of products, systems, and required personal protective equipment.
- Adjust paint viscosity and spray application patterns to ensure optimal metal surface preparation and cleaning before paint application.
- Prepare paint products for spraying on metal parts.
- Operate, maintain, and clean paint equipment and systems, including spray booths.
- Complete part preparation tasks, such as metal finishing, hanging, and washing parts.
- Rework painted parts as needed to meet quality standards.
- Safely operate hilos, overhead hoists, and cranes.
- Assemble small parts with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform general tasks such as cleaning, moving materials, hand grinding, and hand or machine metal finishing.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate overhead cranes for material handling and production needs.
