Job Title: Machine Set-Up Technician

Pay Range: $17-18/hour

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Machine Set-Up Technicians. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment and the quality of our products. Key Responsibilities:
- Install molds in presses and complete all necessary hook-ups, settings, and adjustments according to established process paperwork.
- Cycle the machine after set-up to ensure proper operation, making any necessary adjustments to produce high-quality trim samples.
- Complete mold changes and produce quality-approved parts within established guidelines.
- Perform tasks related to material changes for new jobs (where applicable).
- Ensure secondary tooling is set up and properly adjusted for each new job.
- Clean and polish molds as needed (where applicable).
- Identify and perform basic machine and mold repairs.
- Carry out basic maintenance functions related to die sets.
- Maintain accurate documentation on a daily basis.
- Keep designated work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors, senior process technicians, or process managers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machine set-up, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
