What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at Talent Strategy?
Position: Quality Inspection
Shift: 2nd 2:00pm - 10-PM
Pay: $15.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product specifications.
- Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and report findings to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Follow company quality control standards and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Good vision (corrected or uncorrected) to detect small defects and variances.
