Talent Strategy is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Operator to join our team in Spring Lake for a client well known in the Dentistry industry. This role involves managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products, and maintaining inventory. Experience with international shipping is a plus as this position may require handling shipments to various locations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Key Duties:
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing and packaging products for delivery
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling for shipments, including international orders
- Track inventory levels and assist with stock organization
- Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy
- Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving, including international shipping, preferred
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be able to lift and carry packages of varying sizes
- Basic knowledge of shipping software and inventory management
