- Self-manage your sales flow using CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, pipeline progress, and conversions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals and market trends.
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase Talent Tactics’ value to potential clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience—staffing/recruiting or B2B services preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—able to develop strategies, execute, and adapt to drive business growth.
- Proven ability to close deals—you don’t just start conversations, you turn them into revenue.
- Excellent pitching and negotiation skills—you can communicate value and lock in partnerships.
- Strong understanding of market trends, analytics, and customer needs—you know how to identify and seize opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment—you manage multiple opportunities and drive results without micromanagement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track and manage sales progress.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
