Deposit Products Business Intelligence and Measurement Analyst

We are seeking a Deposit Products Business Intelligence and Measurement Analyst to join our team. This role is focused on gathering, interpreting, and analyzing large datasets to produce actionable insights that support business strategy and decision-making. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and skilled at transforming complex information into high-quality, impactful outcomes for various initiatives, including performance improvement, dashboard reporting, and portfolio budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize multiple data structures and sources to develop decision-support solutions, including data visualization and business intelligence.
• Create and present clear, concise summaries of analyses to inform and guide business partners.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new products and services.
• Assess current processes to identify areas for improved efficiency and productivity.

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Technical expertise in data mining, segmentation, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAS, R, Python, SPSS).
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in writing queries, generating reports, and presenting analytical findings.
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, finance, or 3-5 years of practical experience in relevant areas.

Skills:
