Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and product / service guidance.
- Monitor customer interactions and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and chat support.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.
