Utilize our extensive network and your own to forge and maintain strong relationships with business partners, intermediaries, clients, and prospects. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, preparing and delivering sales presentations to C-suite clients, and exceeding sales quotas. Your strategic input will be crucial in shaping the company's short-term goals and long-term strategy.

- Base Salary: $200K with a generous variable incentive based on individual and company performance.
- Target first-year compensation: $500K.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships to maximize business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to C-suite clients.
- Create and maintain sales reports and metrics.
- Negotiate terms and close transactions effectively.
- Contribute to the Senior Management Team's strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in finance or capital markets, with a focus on sales and client engagement.
- Strong understanding of structured products and capital markets.
- Exceptional verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize and multitask.
- Extensive network to build and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Experience in Asset Backed Lending.
Salary : $200,000 - $500,000
