Compensation :
50,000-$75,000 base salary plus commissions
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct site visits to understand client needs and offer customized security solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and maintenance of security systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility.
