Job Title : Senior Manager, HR

Location : Anaheim, CA, on-site

Position Overview :

We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee HR operations across dispersed sites. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role serves as a key stakeholder in senior HR leadership, with daily hands-on management, and acting as a strategic business partner across the HR function. The Senior HR Manager will ensure the success, application, and administration of HR functions, driving continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals, as well as advocate for policy / process changes as needed. This role requires exceptional leadership, operational acumen, and the ability to foster a high-performing HR function.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversight and Leadership :

  • Lead and manage HR teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee performance, support, and escalation processes across dispersed sites.
  • Advocate for and influence policy changes in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Act as an integrated solutions leader and thought partner alongside the Head of HR.

HR Operations and Compliance :

  • Make autonomous decisions on daily operational matters, ensuring adherence to state and federal laws.
  • Optimize the performance of HR functions and teams.
  • Provide strategic oversight for high non-exempt employee populations and complex multi-shift operations.
  • Project Management and Collaboration :

  • Lead HR projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with functional areas such as payroll and other departments to drive organizational success.
  • Integrate higher-level corporate functions into site-level operations for seamless processes.
  • Reporting and Communication :

  • Prepare and disseminate organizational communications effectively.
  • Track and report HR performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights through data-driven HRIS system management.
  • Employee Relations and Development :

  • Oversee employee relations, including investigations, documentation, and resolution of issues.
  • Mentor and develop HR team members to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Support leadership in succession planning and identifying high-potential employees.
  • Strategic Impact :

  • Advocate for operational improvements and efficiency in HR processes.
  • Ensure barrier-free engagement and maintain strong partnerships with operational leaders.
  • Foster a culture of responsiveness, compliance, and innovation.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to optimize and elevate HR functions in complex, dispersed locations.
  • Expertise in managing high non-exempt employee populations and multi-shift operations.
  • Strong experience with HRIS systems and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional areas and influence organizational success.

    Compensation :

    The projected annual salary is estimated at $120,000 - $125,000 per year, representing the low and high ends of the range. The actual compensation will be formulated by the client and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, work experience, education, and training.
