Job Title : Senior Manager, HR
Location : Anaheim, CA, on-site
Position Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee HR operations across dispersed sites. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role serves as a key stakeholder in senior HR leadership, with daily hands-on management, and acting as a strategic business partner across the HR function. The Senior HR Manager will ensure the success, application, and administration of HR functions, driving continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals, as well as advocate for policy / process changes as needed. This role requires exceptional leadership, operational acumen, and the ability to foster a high-performing HR function.

- Lead and manage HR teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee performance, support, and escalation processes across dispersed sites.

Compensation :
The projected annual salary is estimated at $120,000 - $125,000 per year, representing the low and high ends of the range. The actual compensation will be formulated by the client and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, work experience, education, and training.
