Mobile Mobile Nurse Practitioner - Vancouver, WA
Shift: Days
Medical Specialty: Geriatrics & Primary Care
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Adult family homes, memory care and assisted living communities(within 25 miles of your home)
- Manage complex patients, focused on reducing hospitalizations and improved health outcomes.
- Monday- Friday schedule with an ability to schedule patient appointments into condensed workdays as desired.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:
- Current unrestricted NP/PA-C license to practice in the state.
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license required or eligible to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency required
- Home Office, High Speed Internet and Reliable Transportation Required.
- 2 years' experience as Nurse practitioners
- Experience in managing chronic diseases (CHF, hypertension, diabetes etc.)
