As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions, including highly IT technical roles and cross-functional positions in departments such as Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. You will work closely with department leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent across the organization. A strong understanding of the North American talent market will be essential in identifying and engaging the right candidates to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT roles (software engineers, DevOps, data scientists, cybersecurity experts) and cross-functional roles (Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
- Source passive and active candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry-specific networks.
- Utilize a deep understanding of the North American talent market to effectively attract and engage top talent.
- Screen candidates for technical expertise, business acumen, and cultural fit across departments.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support employer branding initiatives across multiple functions.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends in tech and cross-functional recruitment to apply best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on both technical (IT) and cross-functional roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the North American talent market, including regional trends and hiring practices.
- Proven track record of hiring for diverse teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Hands-on experience with AI recruitment tools (e.g., automated sourcing, resume screening, chatbots).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in high-growth IT companies or startups.
- Experience recruiting in high-growth Series A and B growth companies.
- Expertise in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Understanding of current trends in AI and digital recruitment solutions.
