Job Title: Corporate Recruiting Specialist (Contract)
Contract Duration: Through end of 2025
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Corporate Recruiting Specialist who can jump in and make an immediate impact by supporting our in-house corporate recruiting team. This is a remote contract role, but candidates must CURRENTLY live in Charlotte, NC or surrounding area. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and confident working independently without close oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate recruiters by sourcing candidates for a variety of professional and administrative roles
- Conduct resume reviews and outreach to qualified candidates via job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand open roles and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of candidate pipelines
- Shift focus as needed to support seasonal hiring initiatives in the field
- Adapt to evolving team needs and priorities throughout the duration of the contract
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reqs and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Local to the area for occasional in-person meetings, if needed
- 2 years of sourcing experience
