About the Role :
We are seeking a Lead HR Product Analyst (ServiceNow), HR Systems to support the HR Employee / Labor Relations Services Team. The ideal candidate will lead the HR transformation efforts by delivering integrated HR technology solutions, including expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and Workday . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business processes, manage system configurations, and execute complex HR technology projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evolve HR Portfolio and roadmap with Product leadership and business stakeholders.
- Lead the design and delivery of technical and business process solutions in ServiceNow.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure business needs are met.
- Oversee the execution of system enhancements, including testing, documentation, and support.
- Manage and resolve complex HR systems issues with global teams and ensure compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
