Procurement Specialist
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 9 PM
Fully Remote Opportunity but candidates must be local to Charlotte, NC

If so, we invite you to join our dynamic Procurement Team as a Procurement Specialist! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing purchasing processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment while supporting internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Facilitate Procurement Operations – Manage purchase orders, update order statuses, and track shipments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Assist with Compliance & Documentation – Support the team by handling correspondence, maintaining compliance with purchase orders, and reconciling P-Card receipts.
- Enhance Efficiency & Process Improvement – Identify areas for improvement, eliminate redundancies, and assist in developing standardized work instructions.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders – Provide timely and accurate updates on orders, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Reporting & Presentation Support – Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations as needed to support decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a professional office setting (Procurement or Customer Service experience is a plus!).
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous and analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Smartsheet, CMMS (ServiceNow), or ISO procedures is a plus!
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Procurement or Customer Service experience (2 years)
- Healthcare industry experience, specifically knowledge of biomedical or diagnostic imaging machines
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
