Job Title: Workday Core HR Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Core HR Consultant to join our Core HR team in HR Service Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive Workday experience and the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic initiatives within the Core HR and Time & Absence Product Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide consultation to address complex business and technical needs related to Workday Core HR functions.
- Collaborate with client senior leadership to deliver innovative solutions for long-term, large-scale projects.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem resolution.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance Workday configurations and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and maintain HR system documentation, user guides, and training materials for stakeholders.
- Ensure Workday HR processes align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Workday Core HR (Workday HCM, Time & Absence, etc.).
- Strong ability to interface and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proven experience providing HR systems consultation and strategic recommendations.
- Expertise in HR technology, process optimization, and system enhancements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to drive process improvements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
