What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday Analyst position at The Judge Group?
Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired:
• 2 years of experience configuring and managing HR systems, preferably Workday Recruiting.
• Experience implementing and supporting other Workday functions including Core HR, Compensation, or Talent Management.
• Experience with Recruiting, Talent and Performance, or Onboarding configurations.
• Experience working as part of Agile teams.
