Job Description
We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Sales Representative to drive growth and build strategic partnerships within our 503A compounding pharmacy network. This role is primarily field-based, focused on engaging healthcare providers through in-person visits, presentations, and conference participation.
Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, educating providers on compounding services, and executing territory business plans to increase revenue and market presence. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for building lasting relationships. This position requires up to 75% travel and a commitment to achieving ambitious financial goals.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Compounding Pharmacy (503A) sales experience & book of business.
- 3 years of compounding or industry related experience.
- Proven experience in provider relations, business development, or sales
- Willingness to travel for field selling and conference participation.
