Job Title:-Vendor Onboarding Specialist
Duration:- 10 Months Contract (With Possibility of extension)
Location:- Open For 100% Remote
Job Description
Vendor Onboarding: Oversee and manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, working closely with internal teams and vendors. Serve as the primary escalation point.
Third Party Risk Management: Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of intake forms by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Support Sourcing Team: Assist in all aspects of supplier onboarding, tail-end spend, and material deal negotiations. Provide tactical support for RFPs, data analysis.
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data necessary for successful sourcing events, including spend data, stakeholder requirements, budgets, supplier financials, market dynamics, and other project-specific information.
Contract Review: Review contractual and non-contractual documents. Work cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to execute agreements.
RFx Development: Assist in developing Requests For Information (RFIs), Requests For Proposals (RFPs), Request For Bids, and all accompanying documents.
Skills
ServiceNow Proficiency: Experience using ServiceNow.
ERP Experience: Experience using Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems.
Customer Focused: Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.
Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for resolving complex issues.
Vendor Onboarding Expertise: Proficient in the vendor onboarding process and familiar with related risk and compliance aspects.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capability to provide insights for data and reporting.
