Job Overview
TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports, and filing.
  • Manage calendars, make travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings.
  • Process invoices and billings, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with data entry, document scanning, and other general office duties.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • One year of experience in general office administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
