Job Responsibilities
The Patient Care Technician takes direction from the registered nurse. Key functions include maintaining a safe, clean environment in patient rooms and service areas, assisting licensed personnel with basic patient needs, and monitoring health and vital signs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School graduate or equivalent, completion of a nurse aide, multi-skilled tech or patient care tech course(s), and well-ed training within six months of hire. A Certified Nurse's Aide license or Patient Care Technician certification is preferred.
Work Schedule
You will work Monday – Virtual GEO and Friday-Sunday – Orientation Shifts as a Patient Care Technician.
