Part-Time LVN Shift Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN/LVN to fill a part-time shift position at one of our partnering healthcare facilities in Penn Yan, New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect care to residents in a safe and comfortable environment.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), including hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence/catheter care, elimination/toileting needs, turning/positioning, skin care, etc.
- Maintain resident environments and safety, including answering call lights and alarms promptly, provision of safety mats and low beds, restraint use under the direction of Nursing, maintaining cleanliness of unit, behavior and fall prevention, etc.
