Logistics Administrative Support III
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Tempe, AZ-85284
Duration: 4 Months
Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site
Team is on-site Monday and Thursday, (Tuesday, Wednesday Friday are remote)
Schedule: M-F core hours 8-4:30pm* (flexible*)
Overtime Estimate: Approx. 5 hrs/OT
Possible RTO Jul 7
Number and Type of Interviews: 1 round, possible 2nd round (Virtual on chime, Video preferred)
Extra Interview Prep for Candidate: Encouraged to use STAR method, LPs
Description
6 HC open with slightly different focus- but same qualifications and general scope
2 HC focusing on pilots and launches (tech roll up) - working closely with projects, write papers on works
3 HC - focus on volume increasing this year
1 HC - 3p assistants/ volume increasing (tech liaison)
Basic Qualifications
- 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and strong Excel) experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area
- Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2 years prior work experience with us
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics or related field
- Expertise in MS Access and SQL a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, customer service, and/or distribution environments
- Data management & data quality control experience with experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data
- Demonstrated experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement.
- A self-starter who loves data and who enjoys spotting the trends in it!

Typical Day in the Role
Daily Schedule:
Training cohort starts 4/21/25 (or 4/28/25) - 2-week ramp up
Bridging - container deep dive of info, delays, present to stakeholders
Working with Excel for tracking containers
Writing skills - communicate via Chime, Slack, email, bridges
Individual heads down work - assigned volume and book of business
Moving containers across supply chain line, tracking data and discovering nuances
Aggravate data
Excel - pivots, v-lookups at minimum
