Working closely with cross-functional partners across the company, the Associate Manager will drive planning and asset development across a variety of platforms and initiatives. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field 3-5 years' experience in Marketing or Business (2 years with MBA) Preferred Qualifications : Experience in consumer or brand management Sound financial and analytical skills Excellent written / verbal communication Highly organized, independent and detail oriented with strong follow up skills Strong time management, planning and project execution skills Maintain flexibility and react to a continually changing environment Ability to work in a team environment, building collaborative relationships, leading cross-functional teams, as well as representing a brand point-of-view Be the voice of the consumer, leaning into consumer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and planning Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
