Key Responsibilities
This role includes:
- Facilitating full-cycle recruiting and hiring for positions ranging from professional level to manufacturing roles within the company.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance internal customer service.
- Utilizing data from various sources to suggest and implement appropriate employee and leadership corrective actions.
- Partnering with HR leadership and other business leaders to provide strategic support on key initiatives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in human resources. Expertise in one or more HR disciplines, such as recruitment, training and development, talent management, or employee relations, is also essential.
