The Role : Build and Scale AI-Driven Systems
As a Founding Engineer , you'll design and build high-performance, scalable infrastructure that supports thousands of clinicians. Expect to :
Architect and optimize high-throughput backend systems (multi-cloud : AWS, Azure, on-prem)
Own critical infrastructure-deployments, CI / CD pipelines, observability, and performance tuning
Work closely with product managers and clinicians to build user-centric solutions
Collaborate in a high-caliber, fast-moving environment where your work directly impacts healthcare professionals
Mentor junior engineers and shape technical best practices
You Might Be a Great Fit If You :
Have 4 years as a fullstack or backend engineer at a high-growth startup
Have led key projects or shipped products end-to-end in high-performing teams
Were promoted quickly in past roles or recognized as indispensable by your peers
Studied Computer Science at a top 20 university (or have similar academic / competitive achievements-chess, physics olympiads, varsity sports, etc.)
Have experience with multi-cloud environments , Terraform, Docker, CI / CD , and scaling infrastructure
Are comfortable interfacing with customers and working on customer-facing engineering
