We are a well-funded, VC-backed startup (Seed Extension raised in December, $6.8M total funding) on a mission to revolutionize how businesses automate workflows with AI. Starting with Customer Experience teams, we are pushing the boundaries of what's possible with LLMs, and we need exceptional engineers to help us scale.

What You'll Work On
Build our React frontend that leverages DuckDB WASM for seamless customer data interactions.
Develop infrastructure to process millions of automations , optimizing for scale and performance.
Improve our relational algebra compiler , transforming complex data operations into efficient data warehouse queries.
Expand our multi-tier query caching system , allowing shared partial results across queries.
Design and implement intuitive AI workflow tools that simplify automation for customers.
Solve challenging problems at the intersection of distributed systems, compiler theory, UX, and AI applications .
Who You Are
3 years of full-stack experience (Sweet spot : 4-5 years, but we welcome exceptional candidates outside this range-whether you're a standout 21-year-old or a 10 year veteran).
Experience at high-growth startups during their scaling phase (e.g., early engineer at Stripe, Ramp, Airbnb) or previous founder experience .
Strong CS fundamentals (degree from a top program OR demonstrated equivalent expertise).
Deep experience with databases, query optimization, and distributed systems .
Full-stack experience with any modern stack ( we use TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes -but we prioritize strong fundamentals over specific tech familiarity).
Based in NYC or willing to relocate (we offer relocation support -all of our engineers have relocated for this role!).
A fast learner with a growth mindset -you thrive on complex technical challenges and scaling impactful products.

3? Technical Deep-Dive (30 min) - Discuss your take-home with two senior engineers.
4? Final Round (Onsite in NYC) - We fly you in (if necessary) for a half-day culture fit & extended take-home discussion.
