The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop advanced financial models, enhance reporting processes, and support a range of strategic initiatives, including planning for potential business transformations and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Build robust financial models to forecast performance, analyze scenarios, and support long-term planning.
- Data Analysis: Conduct deep dives into financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Strategic Reporting: Prepare detailed and impactful financial reports and presentations for the executive team and board.
- Process Improvement: Enhance existing FP&A processes, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Project Support: Contribute to special projects such as M&A assessments, due diligence preparation, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and business strategies.
- 3-5 Years proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a high-growth or technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Exposure to M&A processes, due diligence, or similar strategic projects is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and familiarity with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Salary : $130,000 - $145,000
